Boss got a new pool today. Unfortunately, it's in a very bad place.
So I was cooking dinner and washing my pan, when I noticed my feet were getting wet. Naturally, I thought I had splashed water on the counter that was falling onto them, so I ignored it. It didn't stop. I looked down. There was a stream of water flowing out of the cabinet under the sink. I opened it. The sink is leaking.

So yeah, that was fun. I was washing dishes, the kitchen was filling with water, wheee.

At least the chicken with stuffing and asparagus turned out good. Yum yum.
On the work front, I finally finished my shell for 213 (was making stupid mistakes). I have a good idea of how to do the last combinatorics problem I have left. After that, all that's left to do this week is study for the two exams on Thursday and prepare for the interview. Yay.
I never really appreciated the manual mode on cameras before. My new dSLR gives me easier access to full manual, so I used it at Greek Sing. It's so convenient to be able to force the camera to underexpose an image (shorter shutter speed than it wants) for the sake of eliminating blur... I can adjust exposure in Photoshop, but I can't unblur a blurred person. Whee. New.camera++
In other news, my installation of MT (what runs this journal) has chosen to die at a very bad time. I went in and quickly hacked it, so I can at least update, but there's no guarentees as to what will work correctly. If you try to comment and get errors or stuff, let me know.
