So I got an interview with Microsoft for Thursday, but it got scheduled at the same time as 80180. Well, shit. Interview more important though... will skip class if I must (already emailed teacher though... hopefully she'll be understanding).
(This was actually my fault... in a moment of stupidity, I failed to realize that an hour long interview starting at 1:15 goes until 2:15... but the thing was, all the available times conflicted with classes, so I would have had to miss SOMETHING).
Keith broke the 312 homework. It's amazing. I will let him tell you about it in his lj... you should poke him if he doesn't.
Had the *weirdest* dream last night.
Started off with me waking up to pee (in my dream), except I was in my grandma's house in Thailand. On the way to the bathroom, some voice commanded me to the drinking fountain (wtf) to take a drink... so I drank fakely (where you just let the water run through your mouth)... and had a mouthful of water afterward, which I held and spit out in the toilet.
So it turned out there were little black things in the water I spit out, that quickly grew into large fish. That replied "Hello," when I talked to them. Then they jumped out of the toilet and hugged me, and said I should go use the special toilet at the end of the hallway of doom and that they would help me get through it.
So at this point things turn into some sort of Harry Potter Triwizard tournament thing... and I need to get past this hallway loaded with (apparently fatal) arrow-shooting things that can't be seen or detected at all. I just keep walking, and each time I trigger one, one of the six fish jumps in front of the arrow and gets shredded up. I remember feeling very, very bad about this.
By the time there are two left, I ask them if they can detect where the arrows are, and they tell me they can, so I tell them they should disable them instead of dying for me... so one goes and hits a hidden button next to the next one (done)... and then we encounter three people who are missing body parts, who apparently got through the first five. They loan us a hammer. The two fish take the hammer, take a hidden path, and disable the last one. So I'm out. And apparently I won the tournament.
Then it's morning and I'm sitting in the bleachers watching Dumbledore (except he looked like Klaus) announce to everyone that this final challenge is open to everyone, but that it IS highly dangerous, and the chance of competitors dying is almost 100%. People enter anyway, and they are ushered to the start, and then a large diagram of the maze, the locations of the people, and the location of all the traps is put up. I watch as people go through and them and an arrow disappear. I walk off, not being able to watch any longer, after about 2.
So then I'm in the car with my dad. He makes a left turn on a yellow light, but stops when I tell him, but then goes... right in front of a cop... who obviously pulls us over. I feel guilty again because he could have just gone if I hadn't said anything. Gaah. The cop is all nice and gives us directions and stuff though (because we were apparently lost).
At that point, I woke up to Keith's alarm, realized it was 10:30, and panicked since I had a 10:30 class. My stupid alarm (my Pocket PC) died yesterday and I reset it... but had the time setting as PM instead of AM... so meh.
Um... what else.
Oh, I had another weird dream when I was really sick (on Friday night) when I slept for over 12 hours...
Started out with me wanting to build a huge robot... that somehow had something to do with completing the 312 homework. The robot had 300 parts. I had to find them. I found 75, woke up and peed, drank more water, and fell asleep again. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Then I assembled them (incorrectly), then woke up and peed, drank more water, and fell asleep again. Repeat. Repeat. Then I assembled them correctly and woke up and couldn't fall asleep again. Very weird. Meh. I remember waking up feeling like I had just finished the 312 homework though. So messed up.
Um... pie.
I had more to say, but I forget it, and this is already a long entry.
