It is 3 AM. I should probably be asleep. Meh.
Had one class today. Yay for combi. Then did slackerish stuff, played some .hack with Tims and Munchkin with a Keith, got food at Geagle with Keith, and played more games with Tims and Ian and a Keith. Then had dinner. Then played more games with Tims and Ian and a Keith. Yay for the election/politics game or whatever it is. It's so much like politics. George W. Bush wins all ties! :D Even when they don't involve him! :D
Spent the past half hour or so responding to angry emails on the Thistle email account, since that's part of my duties now that I'm the PR person thingy meh. Um... yeah. Lots of angry people that the 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 yearbooks havn't come out yet... the first is about a year late (but was recently shipped to Jostens, so should be arriving in about 6 weeks) and the latter is only about a month late (and should also be arriving in about 6 weeks). Wheee. Um, but yeah... don't blame teh meee... I have nothing to do with them... just joined the staff this year.
I made sure to note on the new site that yearbooks in college aren't released until the semester following the school year, so hopefully that'll cut down on complaints for next year.
Note to self: Add alternate text to the Thistle website, and bring the code up to XHTML specs. I really need to write cleaner code (HTML or otherwise).
Um... going to see Brokeback Mountain (again) with Alisa and Keith on Sunday. Any peoples interested? Wheee.
Tomorrow I get to shoot Jason! With my Canon! :D
Meh, that sounds better when you say it.
Interesting adventure today... went to the art store and asked to buy a 36 exposure black-and-white roll. They said it was around $15. I stopped and stared. The other salesperson guy said I wanted black-and-white, not color. They got the correct roll and I paid $6. Wheeee. I had no idea film was so expensive... Okay, so it's not that interesting, but it's 3 AM, and everything seems interesting.
Ordered my other photo supplies from a website yesterday. $35 for 10 rolls of film. Sooo expensive... you could buy a 256 MB SD card for that and get thousands of pictures... And I also needed to buy photo paper for developing the prints and whatnot. Costs around $100 for the semester. Photography is expensive... but meh, it's my favorite class this semester.
Been contemplating what I'd drop if this 64 unit workload ends up being too much for me. I think I'll probably end up dropping 15312 (if I have to drop a course), since it's the hardest of the courses I'm taking... but meh, I'll cross that bridge if/when I come to it.
Did more ITG today. ITG owns my soul. I need to get better. Practice practice practice! Money money money!
Mark will be gone on Monday (headed to Qatar to teach 15113 there for half a semester). Sad me. Mark rules.
Um, there current seems to be only two people that have downloaded the Student Wars cards from the website. If no one's going to play, I may as well take the cards down (they're eating up like 100MB of my webspace) and just send them to the people that want to play specifically. Meh.
*sigh*
All my major projects/games never work out. Blaaah.
