Failed...

Well, I think I bombed the physics exam.
I crunched some numbers... I have a C in the class right now (high C, but still). Assuming I get a 50% on this exam (a low D), I have a C in the class (assuming I pull at least a C on the final).

Grades in the class (not counting the final, assuming I get at least 50% on this exam):
Best case: I have a B. Barely. As in 75% out of the 75-87% B curve.
Worst case: I have a C.
Eh, whatever. As Jim keeps telling us, this is CMU. Any grade is a good grade.

I really, really, really hate Physics.

Fortunately, I don't feel too bad. Like the last test, I know that more studying wouldn't have helped... it's not like "Dammit, if I had studied for another hour, I would have gotten a B or an A." It's like, "I did the best I could... let the grades fall where they will."
I guess in that regard, I'm fine with whatever the outcome is.
Watch this be like the last test... a few people get 99-100%s, which pulls up the class average, and so the teacher doesn't curve the test (because the average is relatively high).

In other news, another blog spam attack. Only 45 comments this time though. Stupid spambots.

On to nappy time before programming lecture. Meh.

Comments:

i guess there is a down side to blogging no? eh, oh well. how did you manage to block it? and *says the un-nerdy newbie* what exactly does a spamattack do to a blog? does it send a buch of ads or what? i don't see the point of spamming a blog.

Google search results are based on how many sites link to a certain site with the keywords you search
Spam bots create blog comments by the hundreds with links pointing to a certain website.
It pushes that site up in Google's ranking because most bloggers are too lazy to do anything about it and leave those links in their comments.
