Damn you, FedEx
So I sent my CMU packet last Monday, via FedEx. Or tried to. They apparently close at 5:00, even though the times on the door say 7:00. So we sent it Tuesday, via ground. For delivery Friday. Guess what? It is now Monday, and no one has any idea where my package is. According to the tracking website, it's been loaded and unloaded from the delivery van 4 times. According to the man at the FedEx center, no one knows where my package is. So now we have to send out ANOTHER packet via overnight service. Which'll run another $15 or so. All I can say is, boycott FedEx. Everyone who reads my journal, please don't ship FedEx. Use UPS or USPS instead. I swear, if I get denied CMU because of this... because my package wasn't recieved by the May 6 decision deadline... I am going to be so mad....

Everyone who has a blog, can you do this for me? Paste the following code into your blog.
< a href="http://journal.alanv.org/
archives/000321.html" >FedEx</a>

That way, we can google bomb this.

Edit: Okay, finally a status update. Guess what.... "Incorrect address." Uh... I'm sorry but that's the correct address. You read it to my dad over the phone. I double checked it with the CMU website, the mailing label I used, and the materials CMU mailed me. It's correct. How pathetic is that.... can't find an excuse so you say it's my fault. FedEx, I'm deeply, deeply disappointed.

Woah, that sucks majorly. Pardon my French, but those are some stupid bastards. I hate the "customer service" of today... who the hell do they think they are, losing things that could determine your entire life? Lol, sounds like to make sure that it actually gets there you might have to jump on a plane and go there yourself.
