New Camera!
Well, as you probably know, my camera pretty much died last Friday. The light focusing was off, and so I couldn't take more than one picture without turning the camera on and off. Well, today we went to Best Buy and picked up a nice new camera! Everyone beware!
It's a Kodak DX6490. 10X optical zoom, 5 megapixels, the works. It was also $500, but hey, that's what you gotta pay for a good camera, no?
Anyway, there's not much to talk about today either... I still have to finish the creative journal assignment where "through a self-interview, I reveal something about myself" such as a rebuke a common misconception or something. I honestly have no idea what to reveal that people don't already know. If you have any ideas, please reply here.
Well, David's journal entry today also reminds me of a major point. Even though our school is safe, the instability that was inherent before the decision caused a lot of people to live. I mean, I can only imagine how a lot of people are feeling right now. I personally am not affected, since all my friends are Juniors (since I'm graduating a year early), and none would have left for next year anyway, and especially not half year. But yeah, a lot of the Sophomores are leaving at the end of the semester (in two weeks). And you know what, that majorly sucks. But I won't bore you here with details, you can read David's journal entry here.
Tomorrow I'll write more of the fic. David and I RPed it a bit more today.
